I'm just gonna help you out, Lono, since it doesn't look like the thread is going too well. There were 6 mods present who discussed it. I was the only one present who thought it should not receive a vio. Lono hammered the sustain, but he was just the person to close the report. There were a total of 5 mods who agreed with a harassment vio and I was the only one who thought it shouldn't receive a vio.

no you don't. appeals are taken as a best of three sort of thing, and the original verdict is counted in that, that's why it's 2 to OT, but only 1 to sustain, because the original verdict counts towards the sustain
