Dead thread on a dead site BUT I'm gonna put it here anyway.
My pitch for it: Its a high-power level setup that still requires skill, and has a few different ways of playing out. I do not know if its truly balanced because I haven't tested outside of theory, but I put a lot of thought into the idea back in the day, and refined it in the here and now.

Feel free to make fun of how much effort I put into this, considering how hard getting a new setup going is probably impossible with how the site is now. Its my pet setup that I never tried to get going play back in the years when EM was bumping with people, and now its more to just say I did it than anything. But if you guys were to like it and want to test/play it, I certainly would love to see it in action.
