unless you can get people to agree to purposely inbreed, give each inbred child exactly the same treatment as non-inbred children and other inbred children, record their theoretical intelligence levels, and repeat this process for several generations, you can't conclusively state that one causes the other.

actually thinking about it, white Appalachia is fairly inbred but it lacks a lot of violent crime, usually just theft and drug crime
Assumption 1: Black people without college degrees are just as smart as white people without college degrees when considering all of the statistical evidence. Obviously if you take a random black person and compare them to a random white person, they will probably not know the same amount of knowledge, but if you take a thousand black people, and a thousand white people of the same education level then you will get a similar result for their intelligence level.
Assumption 2: The more intelligent you are, the more likely you are to recieve a college degree.
important reminder that using "different races have lower IQ's" to prove any kind of racist narrative is stupid as hell, given that IQ tests only measure a specific kind of intelligence, and there are a number of factors contributing to the results.

They're not "fake". But IQ only represents certain types of intelligence, not all intelligence. You would expect a firefighter to score higher on an exam that tests knowledge of fires. You would also expect a biologist to score high on an exam regarding biology. An IQ is a specific test and does not represent a person's worth, use, knowledge, total intelligence, or their benefit to society.
