Hi everyone,

I am excited to announce that HighSpace and I are going to be hosting a unique TAR that maybe only happens in this lobby once a year on April 7th, 8 PM EST

For most of you, this will be a new experience. Each leg will be more elaborate than a challenge with a clue to the next leg. In fact, this adventure will incorporate puzzles, flash games, your regular challenges, and who knows what else.

Helping out other teams is forbidden. Having a mouse instead of a trackpad is recommended.

Due to the amount of interest we expect to have, we will be implementing an application process. This application will be due April 1st, 11:59 PM EST At the end of the application is a sample TAR leg. If you are unable to solve it, don't worry because you can still be accepted. It certainly helps if you solve it though!

We are going to be opening up applications to the ORG community as well, so be sure to really show us why you deserve to play.

Hi, yeah invites have been sent out.

If anyone was curious about how to do the Sample leg:

1) Jigsaw Puzzle. http://six.flash-gear.com/npuz/puz.php?c=v&id=3553414&k=60900854
If you finish the Jigsaw puzzle, you get to a QR-Code. If you scanned it with your computer or with an app on your phone, you would be taken to Part 2.

2) Sudoku. If you completed the Sudoku and filled in all the squares, using chess coordinates, you'd get the coordinates:

N 48.8566°
E 2.3522°

which are the coordinates for Paris, France. Entering the location into the ask.fm link, you get to https://ask.fm/parisfranceeurope which takes you to Part 3.

3) You get to a list of coordinates and an Excel spreadsheet. If you filled in all the coordinates, you would get a Braille message (I was hoping Paris would be a subtle clue to what code it was). The Braille message spells out:

What was the nickname of King Louis XIV?

The answer was either The Sun King or Louis the Great.
