Clues:
The yellow piece of paper was torn off from a yellow notepad in Car A along with many other yellow pieces of paper
The bundle of yellow papers were shoved into the passenger seat back pocket in Car A
The passenger moved to the driver seat.
The passenger retrieved the stack of papers from Car A and put them on the kitchen counter top except for 1 page
The stack of papers spent the night in the kitchen.
Monday morning the passenger brought the stack of papers up to the Library and set them on a chair
The passenger took 1 page and brought it to the Computer Room
The passanger went back to the Library and re-organized the stack of papers on The Desk
The passenger went to the Mail Room, back to the Library to use the printer, then back again to the Mail Room
The passenger went down to the kitchen with a stack of items
The passenger set the stack of items on a Table
The passenger went back to the Computer Room to retrieve an additional stack of items
The passenger set these new items on the kitchen counter
The passenger put on their jacket, grabbed the kitchen items and grabbed the items on the table.
The passenger sat in Car B and put the items in the passenger seat
The passenger went to the bank, post office, and liquor store.
The passenger returned
The passenger went to the Library to retrieve the yellow piece of paper...... and he could not find it on the chair! Help the passenger find his paper.

No they're different pages.
We've numbered 1-10 them to make it easier for people to understand. yellow page 1 is Clue 4, yellow page 2 is clue 7. The passenger is looking for yellow page #10

I've already answered this question before. I've now updated OP to clarify that it is the passenger SEAT back pocket and not the passenger's back pocket.
I think it can be inferred from the text the stack of papers were always in the car's pocket and not the passenger's pocket.
