I would say at face value, it was a 4/10 because of poor grammatical structure and an unclear subject, but because you used caps lock and someone else noticed, I'll give you a +3, so, overall, you get a 7/10.

Had my vote on nobody cares, because everyone was voting nobody cares, so ergo nobody did care, but now i want to change it and have no choice that reflects my views
