Hello everyone! EM Idol is back by popular demand! (or popular enough anyway) and it has tokens involved! (*le gasp!)

First place gets 80 tokens ; Second place gets 40 tokens ; Third place gets 20 tokens

Twist: A dance that was inspired by rock and roll music and what you should be doing with all these great entries and talent this season.

Speech/Intro Hello Everyone! So this is it, we've come to the end of this season of EpicMafia Idol. First of all I would like to thank everyone who showed interest and got me to start this up again in the first place and most of that comes from the contestants this season!

This would be nothing if it weren't for the very talented contestants sharing their time and vocals week after week. It has been incredible and a real honour to hear your voices and gave me something to look forward to. I know it wasn't perfect but I hope you still enjoyed your time in the competition no matter how long or short (ahem volta).

Thank you also to the audience who also drive this event, it is always a pleasure to hear someone who didn't compete tell me that they enjoyed following the competition. I am glad people enjoy listening to the entries as much as I do.

Last but not least my judges of course, who were all brand-new to the judging game and though we lost some on the way, the rest did not lose steam and continued on with me anyway through the little rough patches and I am thankful for that.

Wow the semifinal round is going to be insane. Songs from movies with no instruments or backing track?
That's a tall order.

I could see this theme be really, really hard. But with the right song it could make a rather good combo.
Those two categories might even make an awesome mix.

Notes: I apologize for my laundry going in the second half of the song, it decided to get loud for no reason. In addition, I just want to say how honored I am to be part of the top 6. Thank you to Luis and the judges and my fellow contestants for being great. This song choice was personal as it struck very close to home. The lyrics are all about revealing a secret that you keep inside and the turmoil you face when following a dream. For me, growing up in a conservative christian home and being essentially put down the path of becoming a leader via boy scouts was the dream my parents had for me (nothing against scouts as I did get valuable lessons from being a member). To instead come out as gay, pursue being an author, and forging my own path was intimidating to say the least. In these lyrics, I can relate to an animated character which shows me just how mature and far animation has come in recent years and how powerful songs can be in movies. Thank you all for reading and supporting. Good luck to everyone :)

No backing track and editing is a very different rule than no backing track or editing :-)
