it's have been 2 weeks since i emailed you to reset the password of my main account but you did nothing and this is getting tiring.
you either don't care about the playerbase of your website or you're just a negligent man. either way, why don't you give admins the keys to reset passwords if you can't do it by yourself? it takes 1min to do that but you're just ignoring my emails and this is annoying as f.uck

well the problem u are having is how can you prove it's you that's asking for the reset and not someone else viia the email u sent him?
moreover did u even ask an admin before jumping to someone who codes for uber for a living, meaning he has little to no time to baby sit people with gold-fish tier memories?
i don't think you should be calling other people idiots when you didn't take 3 seconds out of your day to figure out that both edark and nathan have keys to reset your password
