I was playing around with the NUKEMAP at http://nuclearsecrecy.com/nukemap/ and I wanted to kill 1 billion people but it would take way too long to do that. The Sandbox community would obviously want to help me out here.

It has a good 531,964,120 fatalities right now. That's only 468,035,880 away.

Let's do this.

A couple of regions that are completely open are Australia, Asia, and Canada. Other than that, the rest of the map is pretty much nuked.
