Creating duplicate threads, posting multiple threads in the wrong forum, post flooding, off-topic posts, and excessively bumping old threads. Minor offences can combine and lead to a violation.
just because doing both gets you the same violation, doesn't mean they're the same thing
I just explained two different aspects of the rule of how it is/was moderated

do you think necro bumping a load of threads is the same as post flooding in one thread, an obvious spam thread that's in the spam subforum?
Necro'ing is bumping 20 different older topics which drowns out an entire page of topics
It was necroing topics in the spam section. I don't see how my report is irrational
I agree with a lot of your reports and I appreciate you keeping the community more friendly but that's realllllly an irrational report
