The Oe Empire ruled by Foria Oe, who's cultist choice was Jack Oe, his cousin.

The Kazoo Empire, with Borsaline and Aaron who suck

Epine's Domain, with Vif Epine ruling and Austin Epine

The Irelenes, ruled by Kylee and Kyd

And an unnamed area, ruled by Isaiah the tyrant and Rhett
