add "view new roles" in learn tab

With so many new roles added recently, it could be useful to have a way to look at newest roles or sort roles from new to old or something.

A little "new!" sticker on the role boxes wouldn't hurt either. Maybe make a role constitute "new" if it's less than 4 months old since its programming.
