One of the biggest songs that helped inspire me to write music, and is a good-to happy song for me. :3

Perfectly captures my thoughts when my depressive side of bipolar disorder kicks in.

A person I called my best friend for a very long time was very depressed, hopeless, hurting and lived in a very abusive home. She committed suicide - this was her favourite song.

Rest in peace, Aya. You would have been 19 in April. I miss you so much.

"Don't you worry, impossible for anything to be a big deal
I'm in no weary, my vital post dated
But clearly been ages since life had appeal
Far more than fascination
My second nature chant kill cause I can
This body by my own hands
My friends and family won't understand
So I stay in the end, don't make none to me
If it wasn't for them, I'd make that decision
On GP
Had to do it all again, I'd make that decision
On GP

All the nights I don't die for you
Wouldn't believe how many nights I ain't died for you
On GP
Not that I care, I'd be a liar
If I sat here claiming I'd exit in a minute
But I can't say I wouldn't I have my limits
All the nights I don't die for you
Wouldn't believe how many nights I ain't died for you
On GP
Not that I care, I'd be a liar
If I sat here claiming I'd exit in a minute
But I can't say I wouldn't I have my limit
All the nights I don't die"

this isn't how i feel any more but at a point in my life this was very much my frame of mind and it's strange to see a band like Death Grips get that personal but it means a lot.

This song pretty much was my entire childhood, and the soundtrack for this game is the one that jumpstarted my love of video game music and inspired me to compose.

Coldplay are normally absolutely terrible but their first album Parachutes is actually pretty good, and this song is one of the highlights of that album. For some reason, this song just makes me appreciate the things around me more, the line "we live in a beautiful world" is particularly nice.

Don't even get me started with what Cotton Eye Joe does to me. Where did you come from? Where did you go? These are questions I ask myself every day. Where did you come from person I just met? Where did I come from? Where did we go last night after the bar? And so the mystery of life continues as the mystery of the song continues.

I cry every time i listen to this. It was such a tragic accident that Brotherman Bill rode his motorcycle off that hill. Don't drink and drive kiddoes.

It's a very special song to me and I'll love it forever because it's Brendon and I's song and he has a special version for me that he sings and ughhh mushy heart feels.

i dont feel like posting links bc yall all know these songs

for me it's "hey jude", i sang part of it for a performance at my college during a really really bad part of my life so i listened to it a lot during rehearsals and some nights i would literally just lay on the floor and listen to it and "let it be" over and over and over again bc i needed to hear it would be ok

the other one is "we are young" by fun, it came out when i was a senior in high school and as i was riding in the car with my dad to hs graduation early in the morning before any other cars were really out it came on the radio and it was kind of a surreal experience, bc i had literally just been thinking about how it would be a fitting song for that moment in my life if it were a movie
