The new Microsoft Word centers/tabs my entire paper at once for some dumb reason and I'm too stupid to figure it out please explain to me how I can have Microsoft Word work normally like it has for the past decade

sounds like you have line breaks maybe instead of paragraphs.

My paper looks like a third grader copy and pasted it together randomly from different sections of the internet with each c/p being its own paragraph.

Not because I'm too stupid to format my paper but because I'm too stupid to operate Microsoft Word
