Okay well, let's look at this from a biological perspective.
Human beings typically have 23 pairs of chromosomes, 1 of which being the sex chromosomes. However, it is possible, and decently common, for humans to be born with extra chromosomes. Sometimes being born with this can cause issues like down syndrome, like when you have an extra copy of chromosome 21, while other times it can go completely unnoticed, like when people are born with too many sex chromosomes.

People typically have XX or XY, the standard sex chromosome pairs of women and men, however, people can also be born with XXY, XYY, or even pairings of 4 like XXXY. In cases like XXY, a person could be born with the physical build of a man while still identifying more with women. And variations can be said for all the different possibilities.

I'm not claiming that this is the origin of different sexual identities but for you to make an empty claim that "no reputable doctors" believe there could be more than 2 is a bit silly when there are many actively looking into this.

I think a discussion on the meaning, implication and "solution" (or however you choose to view it) on transgenderism and gender dysphoria is much more meaningful than a discussion on how many genders there are.

you can feel like a male, female, or neither/both, but there are still only two genders. any other identity are invalid and you should seriously reconsider your life.
