This has been an issue for months and idk why but for some reason it is ONLY for me that the family avi won't update.

I don't understand what the issue is. I've tried leaving and coming back to the family, reuploading the avi, clearing my cache and everything else off my browser (chrome). I also tried looked on another browser (edge) and it appeared to be the same avi. I also tried CTRL+F5 on https://epicmafia.com/uploads/families/10088_teeny.jpg, the direct image link, but it won't refresh for me. Does anyone have any idea what could be a possible fix? Is it my computer or the website? I don't think it's my browser bc it happened on two browsers.
