Hello and welcome to my thread! I'll be your host, dahlia
Guest starring Bdog if he decides to show up.
I was bored so I decided to make one of these things. I'll post mental health tips and coping strategies below in addition to some random stuff. Just ask me questions and talk to me below!

I want to be Sandbox Royalty and I've always dreamed of being a princess okay? Make my dreams come true. One like = one prayer.
9.5. You would get a ten but we both suck at responding to messages and that makes me sad. ):
Do you ever feel like a plastic bag, floating through the wind, wanting to begin again? I am the plastic bag. JK. My name is Bethany. Who are you? More importantly do you cook anything else up other than crack?
I have a cold, but other than that I'm doing well! I feel much better emotionally now, and while I still have bad days, they are so, so much better than they were before. I'm starting to plan a future, and think I'll go into social work for undergrad. I hope it works out!
I'm getting my hair cut in two days which is exciting but frightening at the same time. My hair is really dead so I have to get five or so inches cut off and I really love my hair, but it's for the best.
Oh and I'm helping to plan a Haunted House for the students in residence so that's going to be super fun! We're doing it on Halloween so it'll be a great stress buster. I also have training for my advocacy work this weekend and it'll be nice to meet all the new people on the team this year!
1. I am very passionate about memes, I like to read, I like volunteering with my school (I do a lot of advocacy work and transition work with first year students), and decorating (I can't wait until I can start decorating for Christmas!).
2. Here's me as Thomas the Tank Engine
3. Yes! He makes me a margarita pizza that is very good that they don't have on the menu anymore. His pizzas are the best pizzas (the pizza places around me are not the best)!
Alright so for today's coping strategy I'll teach you one called Three Things. Three Things is a simple one you can even use in public since it's so discreet. Personally I have found this helpful when I have been anxious as it is very grounding. To start:
1. Look around and name in your head (or out loud if you wish) three things you see. 2. Next, look around and name three things you hear. 3. Then, name three things you can physically feel. 4. Repeat, this time naming two things for each step, and then naming one thing.
Some people find it more helpful to start with 5 things, but personally 3 works for me.
This should help you feel a bit calmer and more in control! I hope it works for you!
Dour: On a scale of garbage bin at a truckers pit stop that's a favourite for junkies to shoot up in, and the trash bin at a posh 5 star restaurant, you'd be a trash bin at a Haunted House collecting the tissues full of tears your horribly outdated style of trolling made them shed. :)
