I don't see how anyone could thoroughly read all of these and still think we cheated.

Although it is a little suspicious that they played games together after being accused in the past and there is probably cheating going on, there is no definite evidence to support cheating allegations, and if these players had a little yellow star next to their names they would be fine.

Or, if you confess now you'll be modded in 1-2 months and will then be able to abuse innocent players similarly in the future.

The birds are reflected from the surface of the phone because you took it from a friend's phone while walking down the street (where there's telephone wires with birds). Your friend had a picture of you on their phone, sitting all alone in your room? And you needed to take a picture of his/her phone in order to send a picture of you? The pic wasn't on your phone?

how come general consensus is that they didn't cheat (majority of people i see posting in threads/comments) but they actually did get banned for cheating?

link the game that speaks the most of foul play

are you just banning them because you didn't like how they didn't defend themselves the first time and you're auto assuming they're cheating because of it?
