Welcome to Forum Mafia 19: Forbidden Actions!

Game is over. Ended on Day 5

Mafia wins! This game was ranked.

The mastermind's behind this game are Gerry, Mori and myself.

The game will be played like any other Forum Mafia game, with one twist! Every player will be given an action pregame. If the action they are given is performed, they will be Killed from the game, with their forbidden action being shown afterward. More information will be given under Rules.

I. The Schedule:

72 Hour Days. 24 Hour Nights

  • If you don't submit actions by the deadline I will consider you taking no action.

II. The Set Up:

  • There is no "possible roles list". I promise not to get too crazy.

  • Mafia will have Day chat. And will know each other's Forbidden Actions

  • You will get an Alignment PM. Town or Mafia and your alignment will not change.

YOU CANNOT SHARE THIS FORBIDDEN ACTION WITH ANYONE

You win if all threats to the town are eliminated and at least one town-aligned player is alive.

Each night, one of you or your partners may perform the factional kill. You may kill and perform your role action during the same night.

You win if at least one member of your group is alive and all other players are dead (or if nothing can prevent the same)

III. The Rules:

As explained earlier, there will be forbidden actions. YOU CANNOT SHARE YOUR FORBIDDEN ACTION. If found to, you will be mod killed. If you commit the forbidden action, you will be killed from the game. You may speculate forbidden actions of others within the game. If asked whether your forbidden action is something, you cannot confirm or deny. You can also not soft or hint as to what your forbidden action is.

We also will be strict about ISP and replacements. If you think for any reason you MAY have to be replaced, do not sign up. We also reserve the right to deny anyone from joining, if we believe you will troll, isp, sub.

IV. Votes:

  • Votes must be made in the format Vote: Playername. Bolding is done using the tags [b][/b].

  • I will not take any other type of vote. If I can't tell who you're voting, I won't take it.

MOD NOTE Mori will be giving out a token prize to a player from each alignment who the hosts determined played best.

I think the worst thing about this is you have several times said my logic is bad and it makes no sense. You have numerous times argued with my posts, saying that, yet you are adamant about saying I'm town from your perspective. If someone was going against you that much with logic you saw as faulty, it'd be natural as town to want to scumread that person, but you keep clinging on the idea I'm town.

No, I do not. I said that I HAD said you were town, and explained why, to level with you.

I accept that bringing up things about oneself makes them less valid and at tihs point it feels like beating a dead horse to me but I was trying to tell you why you should stop just assuming I'm scum.

and I have been VERY CAREFUL to specify that it was FROM MY POINT OF VIEW that your logic seemed faulty.

You also mentioned I was "defending Retti for no reason" and "outright lying" -- which I'm telling you scum is unlikely to do. There was one more thing I forget. Oh yeah, you said I wasn't trying to understand you at all which is blatantly untrue FMPOV.

Maybe my tell doesn't apply to you. I don't know.

@Denial: you never answered why you were singling Kassidy out despite multiple people doing the thing you were talking about.

and I can barely understand what you're saying but I think it involves the fact that I'm pointing this out and partially invalidating it allegedly? which isn't entirely true in this case but whatever.

I mean admittedly I often don't think things through and often think as I type but your posts this game have been the EPITOME of not thinking anything through and that was called out by Retti earlier, the person I assume you agree at least has a good chance of being town still since you don't want him lynched either, and since you said you thought I was buddying, I would also assume you don't think we're mafia together if I'm scum.

Denial, please for the love of god tell me, how Retti's lynch is on the same as the Nicole lynch, when Retti CLAIMED pr, and Nicole was still very much a guess. Like yes, It was risky, but I don't think it was scummy to lynch Nicole, and I don't get why you're still arguing about this when Nicole is already lynched and was just blue.

Don't try to turn my logic back onto me, because I'm pretty sure you're not even understanding what exactly was subjective about your post. And the fact that was your immediate response is just deflecting back onto me just makes you all the more scummy to me.

And I'm not gonna respond to that, because the reason I don't like subjective logic like that is if you're really mafia, it's easy to turn that logic around (especially if you're aware of it) and use it to your own benefit.

Also, you're basically saying mafia wouldn't try to falsify reasoning, because they're afraid of town figuring out, but then what would mafia do??? Like you didn't think about that through.

my primary reason is because NICOLE WAS NOT GIVEN A CHANCE TO CLAIM HER ROLE. she effectively got blitzed and wasnt even given a chance to REACT to a fos

you guys were SCARED to lynch retti because he CLAIMED PR, yet people were not SCARED to lynch nicole even though she never got a chance to CLAIM HER ROLE.

this is not about how 'scummy' nicole was

no more subjective than any of the tells you've tried to push this game. Regardless, coudl you acknowledge that the REST is valid? Like, it's NOT in mafia's best interest to rage-spam and forge obviously sophist reasoning, because they'd be scared town would then see that lack of reasoning and lynch them. That was my logic when I said you were town earlier. Regardless of whether YOU think I "have no logic," it should be pretty clear that I don't, and no one else seems to think my posts are that unbelievably irrational.

saying you're ok with being mislynched doesn't mean you're not a PR. it obviously is if you're a vote away from being lynched but i can say i'm ok with being mislynched as any role and it doesn't really 100% give my role away

also, please stop putting words into my mouth

i never defended nicoles actions or i wouldve tried to stop the lynch from her. i also didn't find her "super scummy" or i wouldve voted her. they were just never given a chance to react to the bandwagon/fos' and thats primarily what my whole argument is about right now
