Welcome to Forum Mafia 19: Forbidden Actions!

Game is over. Ended on Day 5

Mafia wins! This game was ranked.

The mastermind's behind this game are Gerry, Mori and myself.

The game will be played like any other Forum Mafia game, with one twist! Every player will be given an action pregame. If the action they are given is performed, they will be Killed from the game, with their forbidden action being shown afterward. More information will be given under Rules.

I. The Schedule:

72 Hour Days. 24 Hour Nights

  • If you don't submit actions by the deadline I will consider you taking no action.

II. The Set Up:

  • There is no "possible roles list". I promise not to get too crazy.

  • Mafia will have Day chat. And will know each other's Forbidden Actions

  • You will get an Alignment PM. Town or Mafia and your alignment will not change.

You win if all threats to the town are eliminated and at least one town-aligned player is alive.

As explained earlier, there will be forbidden actions. YOU CANNOT SHARE YOUR FORBIDDEN ACTION. If found to, you will be mod killed. If you commit the forbidden action, you will be killed from the game. You may speculate forbidden actions of others within the game. If asked whether your forbidden action is something, you cannot confirm or deny. You can also not soft or hint as to what your forbidden action is.

We also will be strict about ISP and replacements. If you think for any reason you MAY have to be replaced, do not sign up. We also reserve the right to deny anyone from joining, if we believe you will troll, isp, sub.

IV. Votes:

  • Votes must be made in the format Vote: Playername. Bolding is done using the tags [b][/b].

  • I will not take any other type of vote. If I can't tell who you're voting, I won't take it.

MOD NOTE Mori will be giving out a token prize to a player from each alignment who the hosts determined played best.

I've had a creeping feeling that everyone just has me as a backburner lynch when the game gets longer unless I claim pr and get nightkilled but I doubt that'll happen and it's nothing I c an rly stop so.

Like I said before, I'm willing to lynch Denial, Yoyo, Impoetic, possibly Ripple, and Ultra. That's how I feel right now. I'm unsure about the other people.

Himiko, there hasn't been much to analyze. There hasn't been much progression of reads from many players, and I don't understand why you're so hesitant on PonyLove who is Literally. Absolultely. Useless.

No offense to PonyLove outside of game, but I'm being unhinged at the thought people are townreading a slot who has only come around to say she's pr therefore we shouldn't lynch her, and continues to just OFFER ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!!!

There's more incentive to get rid of inactives earlier in the game instead of later, because when it comes down to it scum don't need to do anything unless prompted. That's what I've been feeling, and even if there is town in there, I believe that applying pressure will get them to be more willing to post/be useful. It's a hard knock mentality and I feel I'm repeating myself, but that's what happens when we're 24 hours away from a deadline and nobody has decided on a majority.

I kind of want Himiko to check PonyLove before we decide what to do with her, honestly. I feel like her behavior might have something to do with her forbidden action.

They're also very scummy that they only care to the extent people make them to. This is something I considered for you Nat, but I have mostly decided to keep my eye on you, and I believe that if you're a problem I will deal with it later in the game.

I have honestly not looked at denial at all because I really just want to get rid of everyone who is just coasting, or at least force them to feel pressured enough to post properly.

My general opinion of this game is that it won't get better unless we weed out inactives/generally useless slots, and I could care less if PonyLove claimed PR or not because they continue to be ultimately useless.

Continuing on this train of thought. The only thing I've done to rebuke you has been denying my posts are mostly mechanical. I don't think pointing out I've mechposted is unfair to say though stating my ISO is all mechs is a misrep when I've given reads multiple times. But like, I didn't even get especially fired out or argue passionately about it. Just said my peace.

So seriously, I can't see how you organically came to this thought. It's forced as heck.

I think this person needs to be looked into more and is just coasting by not really doing much the only person who seems to tr her is Transcend who Is on my list of prob scum targets so I'd like to see what she's got to say

Even though I do see where you're coming from, I think I had seen something townie from kassidy and I wrote down the page but I can't find where I wrote it down. I think it was page 36. I would still look at babylonia over kassidy but I'm not sure because I don't exactly trust denial and they really want a babylonia lynch.
