i restrain emotions only for family and some friends

emotions generally make you more vulnerable and especially for people who can't control them, they turn into a liability when dealing with something stressful

for this website to function properly i think a community that regularly plays games would certainly have to exist. Also, i think drama would be an inevitability if a large number of people from different backgrounds interact with each other for an extended period of time. so, what im saying is drama on a ruby mafia site is just a definite thing even if its entirely petty.

Honestly though, it's online mafia.
None of the drama even makes sense.
You're not even getting paid for being a moderator/owner, nor do you REALLY do a whole lot. Everyone lets the stress of an online mafia game get to them.
The most stressful part about this site should be the game itself, which most of you don't even play anymore.
