You still don't get that 'fat loser' is because the actual slurs are censored. I cannot see how someone can be offended when a player calls another person a (slur) when it's not directed towards you. In this case, a gay may be offended by it, but it must not receive HC because you're not being targeted. Now if it is for example 'kill all fvcking f-words', then I see it being HC.

For harassment, it must be repeated times. You cannot report someone for harassment over one game unless it's excessive and it still would probably get an HC violation. If after that game you get multiple PM's being harassed by that player then you can report it for harassment.

Another thing, HC is mostly reported in spite. The only thing that truly sucks is harassment.

Yes it is. You cannot report someone for harassment if they call you a fat loser in one game. However, if you start getting mails, profile comments and other, then it is harassment.

I think getting a harassment violation for one game is excessive, but it can happen if it's like... extreme? Anyways, the point is: HC is at one point during your time at EM; Harassment is multiple times and when you start feeling intimidated by that person.
