Agreed with this part; I'm also a lobby banned user and when asked the admin for an unban I received this message: "Your past deeds on this site has made you ineligible to ever receive an unban from me" - which I found out to be irrational considering one of the most infamous ex-banned user/cheater was modded in recent times and is still currently a lobby/role mod.
Dyl completely has a point. I think since he admitted to cheating he should only have to serve 8 vio ban. It's completely unfair that he gets cheating first where many people such as blister are confirmed cheaters over multiple games.
He should still serve an 8 vio ban due to cheating well on a leash though.
Going and banning the entire user base for any past transgressions is a logistical nightmare and kills the site. Banning in general kills the site and should only be used on those who harass the entire user base, like Vilden.
The moral of the story is that it's better to cheat and lie about it than cheat and admit to it. Well, at least if you're gonna admit to it you should wait 8 months so you can't get banned.

The difference here is you admitted to cheating in (7) multiple games. Whereas Yatchi et co. weren't proven to be cheating in multiple games. I do think the Yatchi case was wrongly handled and they should've been lobby banned but that's a different case.

yeah cause the rules on this website are dumb as f*ck. poser cheated for FOUR gold trophies but it happened "a long time ago" so she gets a free pass from it.
That was just bad modding and went against set precedence.
Anyway read the comment verdict -
Gerry 12d 20h Role mods decided that, though they think this is cheating, the sample size of the games are too small to give a cheating 2nd. That being said, they have suggested a Cheating 1st and a round suspension for all 3 accounts. Site mods have agreed with this decision. You will be banned from the lobby for 24 hours.
