I usually live/work for 6-8 months a year and travel the rest. So during the work part I am staying for months at a time, and while I am traveling I'll only stay up until about a month.

I can give you my recommendations from experience. My first would be to live like me, in a nomadic lifestyle. But I'll give you my top picks.

Apparently a "minor" faction in military(which are ironically the ones Erdogan has not "purged" yet) is able to capture National Television, airports, Bosphorus bridges and National Intelligence Agency WITHOUT having support of any major ranked officers BUT they were not able to capture/arrest any of ministers, military officers - anyone whose name ACTUALLY matters.
It is a goddamn charade, Erdogan and ministers actually said their supporters to get down into streets and FIGHT against the army, Mosques are continiously rallying people against the army. A so called "coup" quickly turned into a Jihad in Erdogan's name - SURPRISINGLY QUICK.
They are saying they are all but supressed it. They control the media all too well, it is impossible to get any actual info. They will cover everything up, release some minor casualty report and soon Erdogan will get ABSOLUTE POWER over the country to "make sure no one ever tries this kind of thing again".
This is either stupidest coup ploy ever or a goddamn theatre play.In any way it will be us who is gonna get screwed over.
