TW: Upper-level calculus (Because I'm sure most of you haven't passed second grade math)
Are you a terrible scumhunter? Always roll shitroles? Well, fret no more because I have discovered a solution! I have found a way to win every game of mafia using mathematics. How is this possible? Well, it took about one month of trial and error, but my method has a 100% success rate.
METHOD ONE
I actually have two methods. This first method is for those of you who haven't passed second grade math. It is very easy, and uses the website Random.org.
So, you find yourself in a sandbox game: 12 players: 7 town, 3 mafia, and 2 third party. If you know ANYTHING about statistics, you'll know that a player has a 1/4 chance of being mafia.
Knowing this, all you need to do is go over to random.org, put the minimum number as 1, and the maximum number as the players left in the game, and hit the 'Generate' button four times. Since the chance of a player being mafia is 1/4, the fourth number you generate will be a number corresponding to a player who is the mafia.
METHOD TWO
Okay, this is the method that uses upper-level calculus, so if you haven't passed second grade math, you might want to skip this part to avoid an aneurysm.
All you need for this method is two things: My 100% fool-proof equation, and a graphing calculator (I use desmos.com).
Plug in this equation:
Y = (ln(Game#*X)^2 + (Number of players - Noavis)
So lets say in game 5211633. There are 10 players alive, and 1 noavi. The equation will look like this:
Y = (ln(5211633X)^2 + (10 - 1)
If you plug this equation into a graphcing calculator, you'll see something that looks like this:
And there you have it! My 100% success rate quality-tested way of winning any game of mafia using math! Now go out there and lynch some scum!
