i heard blindness by josé saramago was good the unwanted by kien nguyen is a biography about kien's life after saigon fell. it's a particularly grisly story though night by elie wiesel if you didn't read it in high school / college
for netflix, i particularly like comedy shows. kathleen madigan and bo burnham's specials come to mind. how to get away with murder's 2 seasons are up... and the documentary tig
it seems amazing but I don't know if I can stomach 800 pages. if nothing shorter catches my eye after I'm done with east of eden I might go for it though
i really want to read A Soldier of the Great War by Mark Helprin because I've heard such good things about it and the premise is fantastic but it's 800 pages and that would take me about 5 months to finish
The Once and Future King if you haven't read it already. Human.4, Tooth and Claw, Tailchaser's Song. Crime and Punishment, of course. Man I'm not reading enough either. :( so many books I want to read. Kazaramazov is on my list too.
