HELP??

i have no idea what the f*ck just happened to me. apparently theres a bug where you cant change your profile song on your main but you can on your alts -- so i thought to just switch this account to an alt and make one of my alts the main so i could possibly upload a new profile song.

HOWEVER i literally have no idea how this happened but when i pressed the star button it unlinked aquarius from my alt gracie????????? i pressed the button next to gracie to make it the main account, i refreshed and aquarius was gone from the list of alts

so i log into aquarius and i have zero alts. when i log into gracie all my other alts are intact. so the next step is to relink aquarius to gracie, right? f*cking wrong, i linked it and it said that aquarius has now been linked and it didn't freaking work, this account is not linked to anything. help please.

the only purchase i have still is 4 alt slots. the rest are gone

Yeah I think you're in the same boat. Any accounts that you link to Sonrio will disappear when you switch mains. I'm trying to figure out how its caused

no luck linking back my other alts. i was able to link back Sonrio2, though, so i have no idea whats going on. i just wanted to change my song...

In all seriousness, did you guys put in a code update that made this happen, or....

Also S/O to Sonrio for nearly giving me a heart attack when he told me I was in trouble. I love you too.

i was able to link it back with the password i have for Sonrio since i made it an alt though! ill try linking back my other alts

Could you try linking a new account to Sonrio and making that new account the main by pressing the star *without alt-switching to that new account*?

The new account should be automatically unlinked from Sonrio

i did the same thing cuz my alt profiles were able to change songs and so i made my main an alt and this happened :(

I examined the accounts earlier, was unable to fix it. Are you able to reproduce the bug?
