It's come to my attention that apparently inside the scripts Lucid is using to run this site, is a disclaimer that makes it so that there shouldn't be any consequences for hacking. Lets go over the copyright.

So what that means is that I can modify/hack and "because" the fact that Lucid chose to use the code, he is violating the terms of use by punishing or allowing others to punish under his authority, for hacking the software, as it is allowed in the software in order to do so.
This shows that the abuse from admins banning people for hacking the website is clearly a violation of the terms of use of handlebars and if someone was serious enough, they could get a lawyer and attempt to make a good argument. That doesn't make sure they would win, but, it certainly looks like the copyright is being violated by the staff of the website. Discuss.
