Only counts as an action if someone dies, i.e. targeting doc'd player has same effect, otherwise it's possible for game to virtually never end because meteor would reset, which is what Lucid was trying to avoid in the first place.

WEll it's a Bug isn't it. Mafia took action, meteor should not have gone off. so I'm reporting it here so lucid can figure it out.
