Any of you guys had positive experiences from online dating? theres this girl ive been chatting to for a while and she seems nice but im scared tbh. The last girl i met from online dating, who i really liked, basically used me for sex and never spoke to me again :(

if you're talking about dating apps like tinder, okcupid, it's probably harder for guys to find a girl if they aren't as attractive as chris hemsworth and because girls always get 100 messages from guys so it's either super luck or super bad luck.
i agree with caroline but i don't think you have to be committed to somebody. it's good as long as you're on same page as them. it would've been fine if furio didn't mind being the girl's fuckfriend lol
harod, i like her and would like to have sex and possibly a relationship with her. i have no interest in using her for sex. its been a while for me so i get excited at the prospect.

Didn't you complain about getting 'used' for sex in the OP and now you're talking about girls being DTF? xxxx
online dating/ldr dating is hard and it'll seem magical and fun and it's easier to talk to someone online and easier to fall for them but if you can't be together right away it's hard and will put a damper on your life
i'd say go for it if you're really, truly committed otherwise maybe keep it on a friendly level before u catch feelings too fast
There's nothing wrong with a internet relationship, or as some would call it a long distance relationship, as I've had particularly optimistic experiences with it. But like real life you have to keep yourself in check and not be obsessive or manipulative, which may be harder to do with no irl people influencing you to keep things stable. Or maybe it'll be easier? who am I to tell.
the only other experience i had with dating someone i met online was kind of disastrous. i met this guy on a forum for a movie we both liked. i was in 8th grade and he was in like 11th i think?? i still kind of question why a guy that much older would want to date me, it's a little concerning. but basically when my mom found out i had met someone else from that site in person, she shut everything down and i had to break up with him. then he ended up dating my best friend and they actually met in person :^)
