hi i've got a friend who really likes asmrdarling on youtube so he used a snapchat picture she made of her eating chick fil a and google earth to find the chick fil a she was eating at so that he knew what city she lived in and then he used another snapchat picture she made of her standing next to her pool at her house to find her house and now he knows her name and address and everything he spent like five hours on it i don't know what he's gonna do with this information but i'm sort of worried that whatever he's gonna do could get him in trouble with the police or fbi or something how would you guys deal with this situation if you had a friend who did this

This might sound weird coming from me but I find it odd that the person who is the victim or potential victim in these cases is expected to take defensive measures. It seems to shift the burden to the wrong person. It's kinda like where girls are taught not to go out too late or walk in dark places etc... It's an understandable defensive measure but at the same time shifts the responsibility of preventing onto the person who might be .

I'd prolly find out that youtube persons email and send them mail. Say that does she know how easy it is to find things out from pictures and videos she sends. A lot can be found out about them kind of easily. She should take better care of her privacy.
