its bad from a religous point of view like some women cant show their bodies to males and basically everyones asking for gender neutrality in this thread
I mean theres 1-2 transgendered people max in hs but theres a lot more that will get affected by the sudden change in locker room status

this whole argument is a can of worms and you will find that parents will have different interpretations for their children
I understand your argument from a cultural standpoint but I disagree with it because I've never been faced with a counterexample or any logical reason to give up my belief that kids will not drop dead instantly if taught about sex/cussing/etc. a tad bit before people seem to want them to be exposed to it.

Ok if its a bathroom and there's privacy who will know? If its a locker room its different if they are fully undressing.

@Flea So if a transwoman hasn't had surgery yet, but looks passing and is wearing a dress we have to send her into the mens bathroom because of their genitalia?
I mean, you're basing your argument of not wanting to have to explain gender fluidity to your said children but wouldn't the same issue come up if a transwoman was undressing in the mens locker room anyways
(or since you used a daughter as an example, a transmale in the womens locker room)
I just feel that either way this issue will arrive and you'll have to explain it to your kid

hmm one time i went through a women's locker room with my mom at the public pool. now i'm gay, i might have to rethink this one.

What does someones sexuality have to do with anything, if someone is harassing someone it doesnt matter what gender they are. How about we just change the pictures of male and female to a and a and get rid of gender about locker rooms then i wouldn't care. Would that make you happy?
