Yeah, I have to agree with Saiyan on this. I obviously hate losing on it, but it really does depend on how skilled the town is, and I like that.

On the contrary I think that STBS is one of the best indicators of skill, being 57% maf sided with no investigative PRs. But maybe I'm biased because I trophied on it.
seriously that setup sucks, depends a lot with who are you playing with and depends less about if you're good or no.
and it's problably the most played because the payout is the best. will be hard for people who can't tolerate that crap setup to trophy this round. It's day 4 and I already see a person with the same number of wins than me but has 100 more points because only plays STBS...

If you're mafia in a game full of noobs tell the town that the optimal strategy is for both templars to claim on day one and lie about their partner.
while you're at it, decomp STBS aswell, i just had this game
>templar with a noob >spent entire n1 explaining to him that we must act as blues and stuff >he says he understands >d1 starts >'ALLRIGHT GUYS TEMPLAR HERE EVERYONE SELF FOR ME'
basically that town can get auto through trapper off a n1 kill. don't know how people feel about things that COULD potentially happen, but likely won't, but having a setup being played competitively that can end and mafia can only given one action is probably not the best idea
N1 kill can decide a game, D1 lynch can decide a game. Furthermore, mafia have 2 godfathers meaning that in most cases they're forced to CC the worst town PR to CC, outside of jailer of course. Having to CC oracles in a 10 person game, where the match-up may have already been decided from the preliminary actions means that it does not deserve to be in the competition.
I'll look into it. I'm a bit busy for the next few hours. What reasons would you de-comp it for? I haven't even bothered looking into that setup since before the round started. It seems so woefully incompetent.

FurioTigre couldn't choose another setup? roadman, are you Slowbro's alt?
Seriously, mods have never had influence to choose comp setups, only trophy winners. If in the middle of round a setup is removed, its trophy winner could pick another one.

I've removed WISC2 from the round and put B2NS in its place. The setup was mechanically impaired, and thus we feel it does not deserve to have a spot in competitive play.
