This is a story about me.

Once upon a time, I played forum mafia a lot. And my natural inclination would be to AtE like there was no tomorrow, because I'm an emotional person. And everyone got mad at me and told me to stop AtE'ing so much because it doesn't help. But from my perspective it did help, because everyone always townread me and I never got lynched.

But people kept getting mad at me, so I decided to stop using AtE. I started just giving logical arguments and trying my best to make my posts consistently be about scumhunting and solving the game with few exceptions. And everyone started scumreading me because I was "forced" or "awkward" even though I was just trying to change my play in the way everyone told me to.

You guys can scumread me for not AtE'ing. That's fine. It's annoying to me because of the inconsistency with how people say I should play and how people react to my play, but I can deal with it. I don't like AtE'ing either and if it takes some time for me to adapt to a more analytical style and I have to trudge through a couple games of getting scumread for being "forced" because I'm making a conscious effort to manipulate my gameplay, that's fine.

But what's not fine is that N1ed literally quickhammered a slot that claimed an investigative PR, and for the first 3 pages of this thread until I chimed in, not a single person thought it deserved to be a topic of discussion.

Shape the hell up. We're lynching mafia today, regardless of what Retti says the flip is.
