You should not be moded if you do not understand simple rules and things you must do. Like reading the topic first, then posting.

1.) Why are you interested in becoming a Role Moderator? Maybe only if i can abuse my moderation
2.) Do you have experience catching cheaters on EpicMafia or anywhere else? Yes
3.) Being a Role Moderator can be a lot of effort. Do you have time in your weekly schedule to go through games to catch cheaters in Gold and possibly Red Hearts? If i get money for it
4.) Can you work well in a group of people that may have a separate opinion than you? If so, how would you go about solving conflicts? No i hate everyone else i want to work alone
5.) Have you ever received any major site violations? If so, what were or are they? yes only for hacking EM
6.) If you're applying because you have a special skill such as creating scripts that could help Role Mods, Site Mods or the site itself. What is it and how experienced are you in said skill? I know how to cheat in Sims ? does it count
When i say to everyone moderators will never do pastebins, i was right. Role moderators are another excuse so moderators who have acces to private information to feel like not doing their job.

this is actually better i think sometimes if a mod spends lots of time thinking someone is a cheater and creating a bin they can be biased, and not want to admit they're wrong lol

3.) Being a Role Moderator can be a lot of effort. Do you have time in your weekly schedule to go through games to catch cheaters in Gold and possibly Red Hearts? yes
4.) Can you work well in a group of people that may have a separate opinion than you? If so, how would you go about solving conflicts? they'd be wrong but yes

Our purpose for this group is they would help create and handle pastebins in cheating, also helping with verdicts for cheating investigations. We want to make sure cheating investigations and the verdicts for them are not solely done by the Site Mod team. Having a separate group creating pastebins or giving the verdict for cheating investigations promotes fairness in the process,
Translation: The current mod team is too lazy to make pastebins or read them so please can some suckers apply for this pointless job, do our dirty work for us but not get the recognition of being an actual mod.
No? It's so mods aren't the ones making the bin AND handing out the verdict. One side can make the bin the other can determine the verdict. Mods will still be making pastebins
give me red star pls, i dont need ur keys i just want find cheaterz

(sorry, I don't play main a lot so this may be an uneducated opinion), but from my point of view, those pastebins are usually HUGE. The actual mod team can be minimized to fewer users by only tackling the easier reports of community vios, where they take it as they see it. Cheating sometimes is the hardest to prove of actually taking place, so making a specific team to handle these reports alone sounds like the best solution to me.
Again, as a sandbox player I haven't cared about game violations for the past 2 years, but my outside view on it is that it'll free up mods time so they can keep on top of the report system and have more free time, not because of laziness.
but the actual recognition yeah they deserve as much as mods for doing this task that should def. happen
