Even though I don't see eye-to-eye with him ever, it's probably time to give Connor a shot. Out of all current possibilities to fill the position, he's probably the most qualified and ready out of everyone.

There's giving people chances to redeem themselves and making them an admin.

I think you should admin shrub, he would be really good at not using slurs. Additionally, he has a forum voice and is a very good competitive player!
