Like, the only incentive for modding is circlejerking with your mod pals imo. But he comes in replacing the chick that leaked to him. Harry may be kinda a jerk but he's not competely stupid; he had to expect he was entering a mod team where essentially no one would want him there.

Solace would be a fair and hardworking solo admin, with a team behind him that supports him the site will run much smoother.
