So this is a quick 6 player game (though it might be long). This is how it works. Everyone starts off with three points. There will be three pairs of two people each round. Both people have to choose either "Ally" or "Betray". If one person chooses Ally, and the other chooses Ally, both will gain two points. If one person chooses betray, and the other person chooses betray, nothing happens. No points are deducted or added. If one person chooses Ally, and the other chooses betray, then the person who chose Ally will lose two points and the person who chose Betray receives 3 points. Each round, you will be paired with a random partner. If you hit zero or less than zero, you lose. People who lose will automatically choose Ally every time. The game ends when one or more person hits 9 points. The person(s) who hit 9 points will win the game. If you don't send "Ally" or "Betray" by the time runs out, you will automatically choose Ally. If you want to play, say so in the forum.
I am in Shiro....For those who are thinking there are flaws and everyone will select Betray,2-3 persons can make a team and ally to get points....This game will be awesome and I dont think will be Flawed
I'll play. The reason it worked in the game though was more because there was an incentive for everyone to be alive. Not sure how you could get it to work better on mafia or not. We might end up in an endless loop of betrayal.

i remember playing a challenge like this but it was duos vs solos and duo had to agree, anyway I guess I'll try it
that's the point. Don't ask, but at the end, you just need to make allies. Not ally, make actual allies. Also, this is an actual game. If you have questions, go ask the game developer or something.
Since you probably can't tie, if someone was at 7+ points, you couldn't ally even if they allied back because they'd win and thus you'd lose. Eventually everyone would betray because they'd never be able to give someone points to win
So you're clearly planning to release the actions taken by all players, in addition to revealing point counts, so let me ask you this. Who would ever choose to ally someone they know has 7+ points? Especially when betrayal has no downsides.
ou lose 2 points, you have 1 point left and the threat of losing the game over your head. you gain 2 points, great job. you gain 3 points, all you need to do is betray one more time. However, that probably won't happen since the next person can't be that dumb.
Not sure how you came up with the payout ratios, but there are a lot of flaws to the game you have proposed, and should e glaringly obvious to anybody with a brain.
