Spamming for comedic effect, dumb memes, not having to try too hard, casually chatting in the middle of games, off-color jokes; I always thought these things were what made Sandbox a relaxed fun place to hang out and play games.
Spamming isn't black or white. Sometimes it's innocent, sometimes it's just being disruptive and mean-spirited. The latter doesn't happen so often to warrant a crackdown on spam.
Supporting vios for simple spam just seems like calling in the fun police.
