Hello friends and foes, I've just bought my ticker to USA and wanna see if anyone wanna meet up(show me around the city/party/take a coffee etc)
I will be travelling between June 16 - July 7, starting in New York and then seeing where the road takes me. Post location and lets see if we can work things out.
My uncle was telling me about a woman on a plane flight to Philadelphia who was watching the man in the next seat writing some weird symbols and she was worried they were Arabic or something and he was a terrorist so she got up and told the flight instructor, and they actually TURNED THE FLIGHT AROUND and made him get off and show them what he was doing. Turned out he was an economist and he was solving a mathematical problem
New York: Because your flight is going there. Philadelphia: Lots of cool historical landmarks as well as modern things. Washington D.C.: Meet Obama (or if you delay your trip for a good 6 months, Donald Drumpf) Pittsburgh: Good, fun place. Recently hasn't been going to well but still has a good history Cleveland: Read Pittsburgh Chicago: You can't skip Chicago! St. Louis: Nice history Kansas City: The legendary city Denver: 420 blaze it Salt Lake City: People with beards Las Vegas: Anybody want to play Guns & Hookers irl? Los Angeles: End of trip.
In case I offended somebody with my extremely stereotypical comments on places I suggested, I am sorry in advance.
BTW, if you have time, I would take Highway 101 all the way up to Washington from Los Angeles. The Pacific coastline is really nice. Much better than watching old people at the beach in Florida I would say.
Much better route for those who don't want to watch live lynchings, African Americans getting beaten up, and old racist white people in Florida talking about the "good old days".
yeah, THAT'S the exciting part of a road trip.....
Tech hub > pop culture => Silicon valley > Hollywood
--- Anyway, have fun on your trip!

Las vegas is funny because you can't walk five steps without being offered the wh0re house or the strip club.

Dude i love road trips, the beaches on the west are so much cooler then the ones on the east. I've never really cared for Florida i've been to California once and loved it. I was a little disappointed with San Francisco though, all the buildings are small and close together. I'd adjust your trip a little bit to go through phili theres a few emers there i think and its supposed to be a cool city. Salt lake city is one of the prettiest cities i've ever been to and piano bars are real big there and they're pretty cool. Wyoming is really dope if you like the outdoors. Just a warning though going through the grand canyon is like 30 dollars and the only thing there really is the canyons going through yellowstone was so much better.
