I want to hear feedback from the EM community and I'd like to know what you'd like to see happening in the moderation team. This is a thread that everyone is welcome to express their likes/dislikes about the team, what needs to be improved, what should stay the same, what should be HC/ what shouldn't.. just a few examples.
I'm asking for constructive criticism, please don't be rude. This is the first step into making the moderation team better and it would really help getting the communities insight on thing.

i just want to remind everyone what a great person i am for agreeing with the general consensus, i am a shining example of a good human being and my opinions are always right because of it

simplypam has become a better mod than the average joe just for making this thread. i know people troll and most people don't care but there's a small sliver that do and just because it's the same people caring doesn't mean that their opinions should be invalidated just because the quantity of those who care is much less than the people who don't even know the forums exist.

a good consequence for HC is pulling a slowbro and forum suspending x person for a day/games
