Unlike the preious installment, you are allowed to create your own character. Please bare in mind that any character you make needs to be idealistic, and not a powertrip. No Gary or Mary sues.

Please use bold when you are making any action. If you want to speak to someone in-game (NPC, another player), then use quotations. If you are posting you are either posting in character or you are doing something. If you need to make any notes that are not related to the game just add OOC (Out of Character) next whatever it is you have to say. You are allowed to continue to talk in OOC until you queue up another action, just let me know it's OOC first before doing so. Always, always be descriptive in your actions as I am only here to interpret what you do and my idea of you hitting something might be different from you hitting something.

Example:

Good -

Assume a fighting stance and prepare for any attack by raising my arms above my face in a guarding position.

Bad -

Assume fighting stance.

That being said, if your character does have powers, abilities, or weapons. Be specific. Follow this sheet accordingly and fill it out for me. A little backstory also doesn't hurt and may benefit you along the way!

I can tell that were taking the wrong approach to this, these things are sticky and wont come off if they come in contact with you, I take my staff and pierce one of the smaller blobs and try something, I swing the staff over my head and as hard as I can with the blob on the end off it I smash it down onto the bridge. Hoping this creates enough force to sling it off the staff falling to the abyss below. If it does not work I take the staff again and do the same swing onto the opposite side of the bridge until it falls off

OOC: tired of waiting for other ppl to take their turns, add my action to the queue

I'm going to summon my wall of skulls right where the blob is making sure the wall pierces the blob in half, immobilizing the blob in the process. "stay back and the blob won't be able to attack you"

OOC: I think the blob has to separate itself into 2 little blobs so it'll hopefully be easier to fight it, I also think we get another turn to see what works and what doesn't, because the blob can't separate itself into 2 little blobs and attack at the same time. let's see what happens

Once it is stuck, push it as far off the bridge as I can, and use my other blade to scrape off the blob back down into the chasm. If this fails, I swing my swords free and move back into a defensive position


You atempt to do so. Despite your great strength, you do not successfully push the blob off the bridge as you intended, but you do injure it before it regenerates. You assume that perhaps it might take a bit more strength in order to move this blob. You back off as intended.

You attack the blob with your bronze sword. It does not damage the blob all that much but it does increase his agitation. He does not seem to notice you focusing as he focuses on Morty, but you retrated successfully.

OOC: I understand, I thought of the regenerative qualities of the blob after I posted, and realized how useless it likely was, but at least it gave me a position. I assume the blob is likely immune to poisons as well?

Also just to explain why mohammed didn't cut a piece of the blob off compared to Giantdad: Giantdad is carrying this thing:



Mohammed is just carrying two short swords. The impact of a weapon such as a zweihander is going to affect the blob pretty greatly and damage it enough as to where it would lose a part of it. Moreover, Mohammed was just slicing to get at Morty's leg, not trying to cut off a part of the blob; it wouldn't have mattered though because short swords probably won't have the same effect as a Zweihander.

The Gelatinous Blob seems very angry and seems to be a lot more hostile than before. You have agitated the blob and the next turn he will go on the offense.

Takes the staff and attempts to shove Morty out of the blob, by placing the staffmaking sure to whack Morty for being an idiot in the process on his side and moving the staff towards him the same way you would sweep up TRASH in an effort to free him from the blob


You attempt to use your force to smack morty out of the blob. The blob's innards make it feel like the staff is wading through water, but none the less you gradually push morty out of the blob even if you are attempting to whack him at full force. You eventually succeed at getting morty out of the blob and he falls dormant right next to the blob, with blobby juices splattered on his body.
