Worst mod I would say... Tucker or Lycii. It's a toss up. The worst thing I had to deal with as an admin was that stupid freaking cheating investigation with homegirl that swore on her dead child that she didn't cheat but ended up cheating anyway. I can't even think of her name because that's the level of rage that I get thinking about that. Wait... you bang black chicks? What?
When these laws were in place, as a country we are at a point where they are needed. I still think that the the diversity quotas are needed not because minorities are not qualified to get the work or get into schools on their own, but because as a country, we are still as backwards as ever in terms of discrimination. It's funny that you ask this because as a programmer I happened to come across an article on Erin Teague who is a black female that is the Director of Product for Yahoo Fantasy Sports. Anyway, it had a statistic that black women make up less than 2% of the programming workforce, and that was a slap in the face. Does it need to start with introducing computer science and encouraging computer science to black girls? Yes absolutely because regardless of race CS is not a field that is encourage for young women, but I feel as though if that diversity margin wasn't set in place, she probably would have never been put in the position to show how great she is. I don't know if those quotas will ever be taken away for a GOOD reason in my lifetime though.
