It's not deep, it's literally just saying "Which do I think you're stronger in between these two categories and by how much?"
Reading the graph reinforces this, ex. A lot of the better players are far to the right for personality.
edit: The fun part of the thread is that he's NOT giving a value to these individual characteristics, only giving one in terms of another (which has an unknown value). This unknown is literally what makes it fun.

The point is to compare one to the other.
Your strength in mafia is stronger than your personality.
Your strength in personality is stronger than your mafia play.
The two are roughly equal.
None of these statements say anything about the actual innate value of either of these things except in relation to the other. (Ex. Being equally strong in both places you in the middle, being strong in both but being stronger in another puts you on that side of the axis-same as if you were awful in one strong in another)
They do not need to be opposite, or related whatsoever, to do this. The less related they are, the better it works actually.
This is what makes the thread interesting, intentional or not.
