it's almost like to have a functional society, you need to have an incentive system in place to work hard. Im fine with some welfare, because I dont want people to starve any more than you do. But the only people who are physically starving in our country are addicts, the children of addicts(who I obviously feel sorry for), or people incapable of ever living in a functional society
i'd prob buy epicmafia if i won a lottery. then i'd hire a bunch of ppl (moderators) to run it. it would be my only "fun" investment where i don't expect to earn anything in return
You can't solve poverty by giving them money. You need to earn the money and there should be services and products available so that you can buy them. People are poor either because of lack of proper opportunity to serve and earn or because they don't wanna work. They don't wanna work because they are not guided properly to the right path where they can use their skill. For example dave is misguided and became a mod instead of becoming a tool. So there is a possibility that he will earn lesser than his potential.
