I honestly don't think it's a race issue here, it's more of a social class issue. Unfortunately, there's a lot of black people who are in the lower class range which leads people to believe that all the wrongs are purely caused by black people.


its a race issue and a social issue, theyre not mutually exclusive. I'm not really qualified to discuss the magnitude but from what i've seen and read, the reason why black people are generally in the lower class, is due to the system. which is why it's a race issue.
