Someone who knows more about this than I should tell me if I'm babbling like an idiot right now but it makes sense to me and the bug stopped when I unchecked the box.

And the only thing you're clearing when you clear cookies is the local cookies. So if clearing those work, why not just uncheck the box and not store them at all.

Hasn't given me the bug since. It makes sense too in my layman brain; keeping that box unchecked means you don't store cookies locally for the site.

is this the bug where i can't (currently) view the lobby page where the games are and have to go incognito if i want to play a game? if so, great its being discussed if not, its annoying, and i've cleared my cookies many times and it just happens an hour later over and over

there is an error page when i and many others try to go to the lobby page that says there is a redirect loop. can't go to the player page either. incoginito works and clearing cookies works temporarily
log out, uncheck "remember me", log back in, clear your cookies.

is this a permanent fix cause i dont want to clear my cookies again cause it affects all the other sites i visit

he's talking about how it says "reconnecting..." in the corner sometimes. when you enter messages with that up they don't go through. it's probably linked to the force logout one

Yeah games lag a lot more in general and sometimes you'll freeze when it says "Reconnecting..." and your messages get eaten by the lag.

Ah, I didn't know about that one. I know that it says that a lot for lobby chat but didn't realize it was something that happened in games.

Initially we contacted Lucid to make sure that a user does not stay logged in if he or she is logged in by a hacker or a friend. Because, due to that we had several cases where mods shared accounts with friends and the friends never logged out and used the mod accounts to mess with the website.

is this still the reason why users are logged out?
