How did you find EM?

I'm just genuinely curious how you all found EpicMafia. Also when you found it...if you remember that.

I personally found it back in 2010 because the "Slasher" game on The-N stopped working. Pretty sure a few other people came here because of that as well.

Anyways, come one come all, tell your tales of how you made your way to the wonderland that is EpicMafia.

Update: why does it seem like EVERYONE was on hiatus 2013-2015.

My brother and sister actually recommended it to me because of Dangan Mafia, but I found I liked unranked in the main lobby a bit more.

I WATCHED THE ENTIRETY OF DEGRASSI THAT SUMMER. Now it sort of sucks, but those first few seasons were gold.

See I had teenick down but then Kenny put the-n and I couldn't remember which one it was. But I remember you being on around the same time as i started becoming more active.

I feel the same way, this site has made me a ton of friends over the years. As much as I complain about it, I love it.

I played one of these mafia games on forums with some friends and later she send me the link to EM, I became addicted to sandbox and here I am

I'm here since 2012 and gone through multiple hiatus between 2013-2015

I used to play a game that was like EM with friends, but think of playing a game of epic mafia on the forums here(terrible, I know), one of my friends looked up mafia on google well over 2 years ago and then they got us all to play here instead, I ended up sticking around here even after my friends got bored of it

I also found it on Slasher... although the site was called TEENICK back in my day. Anyways I joined early 2010(Reamix), kinda liked it but I never stayed on for more than 2 maybe 3 weeks tops. I didn't start staying around until probably summer of 2013, when I started posting on forums and talking to people in games and stuff.

Sometimes I wonder where I would be if I had never found this site. I mean, it's not like it impacts my life so much so, but just the little stuff overall. Like friends I have made, time I have spent on there. That kind of thing.

I use to play Slasher on The-N.com, but that was shut down not to long after epicmafia was made. I joined but didn't fully understand the game mechanics so I left. This was like maybe late 2008 ish.
But then I gave it another go and ended up liking it.

I didn't really interact with the community until 2011. I went by the name... UnicornHooker. Rip. Then I went through multiple hiatus from 2012-2015. I then came back this summer and won the hearts of many and somehow became lobby owner. Kenny who?

I was watching game grumps table flip one night ultimate werewolf when I got curious if there was an online version of werewolf. lo and behold, I found this site. for the first few days my username was maliun (I think), but I lost the password for that account.
