I've been trying to change my avvie and i've tried to resize it down to 30x30 but I keep getting the error message "Cannot find the page you were looking for..." when I tell it to upload. I tried doing it when not in game as well, and it still didn't work.
I confirm that its purely the file name that fuxked it up for me. I tried everything else that could possibly work and it didnt. As soon as i tried a different file it worked fine. Then i changed the file name of the other one and it worked.

Nope, I'm positive. As soon as I changed the name of the file, the same exact picture (size and everything) uploaded. It's so weird. Same deal for the background as well.

Are you sure you didn't edit the image size?
Come on, 30x30 is too small, the epicmafia role icons are 16x16 lol.

Incase this happens to anyone else, I get the same thing if I save an image and it's _01 or something. For some reason, edited versions of the same picture saved as a duplicate (does that make any sense) doesn't work. Just change the name of the file. (:
