Login Page Broken

On Google Chrome (it seems) the login page does not work. It just turns into a 'Redirect Loop.' It's only the login page and everything else works fine.

Ok so I can comment on threads even though I am not logged in, and I cannot + or - comments

not for me, i had to clear my cookies
literally just a minute ago
i also got logged OUT- this has only happened today

now it works

also it wasn't chrome-only, login returned with an interal server error
